Exchange Policy
- Purchased products with the exception of ‘Excluded Items’ list can be exchanged only in its original purchase condition, within 7 days of receipt. Customers will be responsible for the difference price if the the value of the selected replacement item is/are higher than the original purchased price (determined based on weight for non-fixed price gold/ jewellery and based on the selling price of the Merchandise for other jewellery. Where we will not refund back the price different, for the value of the item that is/are higher than that of the replacement item. Return shipping fees of the replacement items will be responsible by customers.Items may be exchanged for any item under the same category as designated by NGG Enterprised co.,ltd. We shall refund you the shipping fee of the original purchase (except duties and taxes), but you will be obliged to pay for duties and taxes for the returned and replacement item. In the case of “Excluded Items” damaged during delivery or the merchandise not in its “Original Purchase Condition”, return or exchange may be accepted at the discretion of NGG Enterprise co.,ltd

- Condition must be unworn, unused, in the condition originally purchased and not damaged in any way.
- The decision as to whether the merchandise is in Original Purchase condition shall be determined solely NGG and its decision shall be final.
Accessories means
- The metal (magnetic) clasp cord purchased as a single item. If the metal (magnetic) clasp cord is purchased under a combination set, it will not be treated as a single item
- The Murano glass bead purchased as a single item. If a Murano glass bead is purchased under a combination set, it will not be treated as a single item

N.1 Member Reward Benefits
Return Policy for N.1 Member
- Reward benefits that was earned in N.1 in the original purchase will be returned, we will deduct the earned N1 reward benefits. If N.1 reward benefit balance is not sufficient to be deducted, deficit will be set off against the amount to be refunded. When any merchandise or accessories redeemed using N.1 reward benefit to be returned, N.1 reward benefit so used will be returned to the original Star Shopper account.
Exchange Policy for N.1 Member
- When you exchange the merchandise or accessories which N.1 reward benefits had been earned or used in the original purchase, it is treated as sale of new merchandise and return of the original merchandise. N.1 reward benefit of the original N.1 reward benefit account will be adjusted in accordance with Terms and Conditions.
Purchase Offer for N.1 Member
- If you have purchased any merchandise or accessories with any associated discount offered or other promotional activities but the discount offer has expired at the time of the exchange, the discount shall not be taken into account. Discounts offered by companies other than NGG enterprised shall be dealt with in accordance with the terms and conditions of the relevant companies.
